Paul Fulton – Manager

Paul formed Joule Logic in 2009 after a senior career in the hydro-electricity and wind energy fields. Paul has an excellent understanding of the technical and commercial issues surrounding all stages of renewables development and operation, including hydro power, solar and wind. Paul has been involved in many Australian wind farm developments and has worked extensively on renewables projects in China, India, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Achievement oriented, innovative and analytical, Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration and enjoys solving challenging problems.

Sue Marsh – Senior Environmental Consultant

Sue is an experienced environmental scientist specialising in environmental impact assessment, State and Commonwealth approvals, environmental compliance, auditing and environmental management plans. Sue demonstrates a broad range of experience in the environmental management of projects from small-scale asset upgrades to large multi-disciplinary projects of several years’ duration.

Sue has a Science degree with Honours, is an Environmental Auditor and is outcomes-focussed.

Rick Perrin – Energy and Environmental Planning Consultant

Rick specialises in renewable energy policy and strategy and has strong project management, analysis and report writing competencies. Rick commenced his professional career as a biologist with the Australian Antarctic Division and has worked for Queensland Parks and Wildlife, energy generators and local government.

Rick has a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Planning from the University of Tasmania and has extensive local government, planning and environmental management experience. Rick is principal in managing all aspects of Joule Logic’s planning and community engagement.
